Any chance we can get a football message board separate from conference realignment? The 654,324 different threads posted stating the same exact thing are a wee bit out of control for those of us who want to talk about the actual team this season coming off of our 4th ranked finish.

The real question is, what happens to the Old Rivalries board now? The Baylor idiots all left, and it's just sips and jorts that post there now. We should just make it a hottie board.

The bigger question is, will staff allow the same language/leniency on this board when the OR posters start talking about texas. They don't overlook many of the same terms on other areas of texags.

Well I tried a Conner Weigman thread the other day about how his MLB draft stock that got ushered down the page in seconds. I liked the discussion about tickets to the Missouri game since I am going and would like to sit with other Ags. Huge recruiting weekend this weekend. King vs. Calzada? Is Leal the best defender in the country? How about Spiller or Smith at RB? How much will we use Achane? Even another where is Demas thread? Etc.... Really anything other than repeated posts basically saying the same thing about something that sucks, but is happening.

Season is about a month away. Next year or the year after we will have to deal with the sips in our conference for the future. But for now let's focus on trying to get that first natty since 1939. Feels like we have all the momentum in the world football wise and we are letting news about them derail it prematurely. I know BAS and all that but damn I'm excited for this season with our players and our coaches and to me it's much more fun to discuss than to blow up because the sips got their way and we didn't. Makes it seem like the little brother moniker fits. f*** that. SEC is our conference and we are getting closer and closer to taking it. Let's keep the momentum going.
