Absolutely add FSU and Clemson, make this come down to a vote and be vocal about being big advocates for eastern expansion

Make sure the price is paid in blood across the conference for other single member states voting yes

This opens the door to some major politics and puts Ohio State, Oklahoma, Michigan, and one more team an existing SEC school doesn't mind giving a recruiting shot in the arm to.

A 20-team conference doesn't really work with two divisions of 10; that's just two 10-team conferences.

And it wouldn't work any other way without adding an extra game, so tell the NCAA to jack themselves and go to a 13 game regular season with 10 conference games.

4 pods with 5 teams each.

That's 4 pod games plus one permanent cross pod rival for 5.

A 10 game conference schedule allows 5 more.

So rotate the remaining 15 in a 3x5 home/away and you play every conference school at least twice every 6 years.

This all seems like a stretch.

I'm gonna give this the 48 hr rule. First thought..."Either non-sensical or crazy". If real and accomplished, I think it would ruin College ball. Would members of a 20 team conference even play non-conf. games? Who? Why? What happens to the other programs (financially) without key and competitive members? Seems like the end result would become three or more tiers, instead of the current two. How does that work?

I'm having a hard time believing those two will turn their back on PSU. PSU is the #6 money school in the country. Also, wonder about the politics of MI leaving MSU behind. This just doesn't seem like it will pan out.

If anything pans out, I could see just getting Clemson and FSU. And if it goes to 20, maybe two more not in the B1G.
