The thing that stands out the most from the last 24 hours?

Texas and Oklahoma are projecting zero fear. The attitude behind the scenes is that this is done. It's been that way for 20+ hours.

Premature celebration of rumors with empty descriptors like "zero fear" "confidence" "attitude" and his other buzzwords taken from leadership and self-improvement books that don't really mean anything. He usually starts doing this right around whatever "shock the world" rumor he's bought into starts unraveling.

Sorry. Guess we can watch as the "conference search to tell our grandkids about" ends up with you guys in the All American Conference or something if his previous track record holds to form.

Why would they have fear? They have a standing offer from the ACC as it stands as well.

They have said literally nothing.

So they are ALSO projecting zero confidence.

1.) Who said THEY made it public?
2.) Texas has floated crap conference realignment before - PAC, going independent - none of which panned out
3.) Texas floated getting Nick Saban etc - none of which panned out

Texas thinks the world falls at their feet. They are often corrected by reality.

Because Billy said we leaked it, but for a similar reason. We wanted to bring this out of the dark and galvanize the big 12 because there is a lot of smoke

It is a shakedown of the other b12 members. All the rest of them are crapping their pants tonight and will agree to anything bevo lays out. OU and tu will get double shares or something, but somehow OU will get screwed out of all their promised money in the end. Sips can say they turned the SEC down cause blah blah blah. The other side of the coin is they actually get into the SEC. Either way they come out better than they started.

If the clock is stopped, this is accurate. If the clock just keeps really crappy time it might be right only a couple of times a month. I just don't have much faith that young Geoff really knows what he's talking about.

Fat Ketch on youtube today. Admitted tu is scared of A&M recruiting advantage as per Sark when he got hired. One of the biggest obstacles was A&M recruiting advantage in SEC. So Sark stated we need to join SEC to win. So Texsa admitted they can't win on its own blue-blood status. It has to have SEC membership to get the recruits to win. They admit Big 12 was a dumpster fire. They had to neutralize A&M to get back on track. haha!

Ketch looked up from the rotting carcass spread out in front of him. The chicken wings that had so recently beat out the time of a new day, now lay in front of him, like a pile of garbage. He nose caught the whiff of something. The scent was familiar but he couldn't quite tell what it was. Normally after a session at a fancy wing joint, the smell was of sweat and BO. But this was different. This was the smell of FEAR!

Zero fear is something tu should have in the Red River Rivalry game since Zero U owns them on the field.
