Wouldn't the support more likely come from South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Kentucky? Those are the states who would agree to vote against Georgia Tech, Clemson, Florida State, Miami, or Louisville ever joining the SEC.AggieBlu said:

Yes in previous expansion votes the SEC schools supported schools that did not want instate rivals by blocking their entry. A&M's opposition probably blocks the Bevos.
