This was a pretty dumb projection IMO. They're saying we don't even win 10 games in the regular season and then also lose our bowl game?

If we only win 9 games (God forbid) then we would get a pretty easy bowl so I don't know where this projection came from.

That says it's more likely than not we get 10, maybe 9 if things don't go our way. I'd say they're under rating us, but I might be viewing through maroon glasses.

I don't hate it.

Lots of questions marks, especially on the offensive line which was THE big reason we did so well last year. We'll have skill players and I trust whichever QB Jimbo trots out there. I feel like we could win 8 games or just as easily win 12.

What I love is that the sec prediction of 10 wins now feels insulting. 5 years ago it would have been a compliment.

It's not going to be like it used to be.

Do you have a link? I wouldn't think the SEC would do win projections and betting sites are in .5 game increments so just curious what you would be referencing.

What's the projection of # of losses before people here call for Jimbo's firing because they can't blame every bad thing on offense on Mond anymore?

It is saying 9-10 wins during the regular season, aka 2-3 losses. They list out Bama L$U and Ole Miss as our loss potential.

Bama is listed at 11.5 wins, which using OP "logic" would mean they don't win the SEC Championship Game nor a Bowl game.

Georgia is at 10.5 wins, so they don't win the SEC Championship game either. Strangely enough, GEorgia is shown as having 0 potential SEC losses, while Bama is shown as a potential L$U loss.

Those things never count bowl games.

Losing 2 regular season games is very very possible.

I bet we don't finish with 9.8 wins.

where can I bet the field against the 9.8 projection?

I hope we are good this year but replacing 4 of 5 OL starters with a first year starter at QB is not a recipe for success. Especially if the new OL can't let us rely on our run game.
