It was pretty worn out.

It was thin and barely big enough for one person. But, somehow fit two.

I lived in DG. We had bight green plastic type mattresses that had a tag that said they were made by inmates at Huntsville Correctional Institution. I'm not Sh$@ing you..

let's see, i remember the metal frame, and then some springs, and then there was this thicker cloth material on top of that. I think it was dingy yellow with blue stripes.

But it was just across from the Chicken, so it was all good!

I had a classmate who was an international student. He didn't want to buy a mattress so he went to a nearby dumpster and found a mattress. It was damp but he brought it home. Then he slept on it and the next day he had rashes on his face which turned green, maybe some kind of fungus. He went to the doctor who applied something which made it change color again.

Gumby dammit!
