If you represent enough guys accused of assault-dv, it becomes reasonably clear that about 15-20% of these cases are major - if not complete - fabrications. Especially true when bf/husband was cheating on the accuser or even an accused going back to his wife.

Von is one of those guys who it's easy to root for. As I've mentioned before, it's always good to see when young men are raised by fathers who love them and have a genuine interest in their well-being. Von is one of those guys, and hopefully the poor decision-making that lead to his involvement with this woman will be his last.

Innocent until proven guilty.

In this day and age, this is more important than ever and is disregard more than ever.
