I don't think we go that high, but I'd take it.

2nd best team in the superior conference against teams who (even with losing records) whipped ranked teams in their bowls.

I love A&M but we aren't better than tOSU. We just aren't. Do they deserve it? No. But regardless of what they deserve, they are better than us.

And I am pretty certain Bama won't stop Sermon. I wouldn't bank on Bama winning.

The committee will give us what is the equivalent of the makeup call. They know what they did. We would have matched up very well in the playoff. This team overcame major disappointment and turned it on and fought through a slow start.

The committee is done for the year. It's AP poll and coaches poll only.

We will be #5 because, well because we're Texas A&M. They are going to reinforce their narrative that 5 was our ceiling.

Clemson has 2 losses. We jump Clemson.

Of more importance, none of the ACC won a bowl. If Bama rolls we should be solid 3, with our one loss against #1. Otherwise it will be four with controversy. That said, we played like 25.
