My 2 cents, noon game, against Auburn, on the road. Auburn always plays us hard and seems to throw the play book at us. Them and ole piss always seem to be more prepared.

Took us a little bit to get adjusted: nix scrambling played a huge role in our defensive performance early on

But 20 total points given up to a quality team on the road is a pretty good performance overall

He did in the video. Dl did not play contain correctly. Did not execute cage rush correctly. Did not break down and make tackles. Hansford played bad spy technique most of the game. Dbs were terrible in run support.

Good video.

Basically, it all comes down to technique. But man, Auburn's offense is always annoying. Elko has consistently struggled against this team specifically.

The horrible missed tackles led to a lot of their scoring.

And were we spying Nix? If so, that was some of the worst spying I've ever seen. I kept saying we need to put a spy on him because the scrambling made up a large chunk of their offense.

Good analysis. Poor angles, getting too deep, lack of containment. That was Myles Garrett's biggest weakness at A&M. Don't watch NFL so I assume he's getting better.

Our ends do love to run themselves out of plays quite often, as if they don't expect the QB to step up or take off up the field.
