The tempo and the special teams. Since 2018 when he first came here the special teams have been horrendous and we might lead the SEC in delay of game penalties. The tempo only operates at one speed, we never hurry it up even in the most desperate of circumstances, and we make a consistent effort to snap the ball with 2 seconds left regardless of whether we're up 30 or down 30. This might be on Mond, but when it's been this bad every game for 3 years it's on the coach.

It wasn't too long ago that this board was irate over Sumlin's 3 and out's that consumed a whopping 30 game seconds.

We have a lot of problems, however personally I don't feel like offensive tempo is high on the list.

Lack of flexibility has cost us several games, that includes lack of flexibility in tempo. Auburn last year for one.

The answer is Mond! I don't care who coaches him, he is not a good quarterback! It's hard to watch

I agree, but nearly every game I have to see Jimbo explain to Mond ow to snap the ball on time while he has that blank stare on his face. That's on the coach. It's like they don't practice these things.

The biggest problem is that out offense is our weakness again and our head coach is basically running the offense.

There is a happy medium that can be achieved. It's OK to be in between the two extremes

The biggest problem is JIMBO FISHER !

He's a disaster, and there is no hope of improvement. He actually pretends to believe Mond is a great QB, and will not bench him. He's a terrible play caller. The list goes on.......

Why should he care about TAMU or winning and losing football games ? He's got his $75 million, and can retire with a great "nest egg".......

What we need are the BMAs to fork over about $85 million. Use the $60 to pay off the rest of Jimbo's contract, and then invest the $25 to get a real coach !!!!!

Yep. I remember it well. The smu fans and players acted like they had just won the Super Bowl.

The '95 Alamo Bowl against Michigan might be the only positive experience in that place.
