"A couple of buddies of mine who work overseas use the yeti to rest brisket after smoking, as well as transporting smoked briskets to offshore production platforms when we do management site visits for our work force. We are amazed by how well the yeti "cooler", or should I say yeti heat retainer's, keeps the brisket at serving temperature for hours and in some cases overnight. One of the three of us lives in Capetown, South Africa and we are exploring how to smoke a brisket back in Texas pack it in the yeti and ship it overnight to our Capetown colleagues home in SA. Our trick is to take boiling water poured into one of the larger yeti thermoset that is then placed into the yeti to aid in heat retention.
We would use your yeti in our experiment, which once received in SA will be filled back up with our favorite SA brewed adult beverage "Stellenbosch Brewing Co. - Born Free Pale Ale" and return it to Texas."
