I bought a cow. She quit giving me the milk for free.
Coach bought one heck of a January Angus heifer. I mean a d*mn good heifer. At $80,000 he stands a great chance of making money off of her. It is not uncommon for high end Angus heifers to run in the mid $100s and, depending on her first calf or two, could be a donor cow that touches $500,000+ in interests and embryos sold.
If I had the money, I would have paid that for her.
If anyone has a direct line to Coach, let him know that I have a couple daughters that would look good on the other end of a show halter from Ruby 9719 - I'll happily cover the feed bill.
