Ironically the dude is more of a pro style coach and should've adjusted his scheme to the players rather than shove a square peg into a round hole. Never mind the fact he grabbed a triangle thinking it was a square and shoving it into round hole
He also had Quinton flowers at USF who was one of the best dual threat QBs in college football, just didn't get much attention at USF.
Flowers was recruited by SEC schools as an athlete, not QB, Taggart nabbed him by promising him QB spot, and Flowers put up the huge numbers when Taggart began using the "gulf coast" spread offense. He passed Tim Tebow for career rushing yards.
Taggart needs a QB that can really run in order to execute his offense.
