But I have seen hog fans behave so badly towards opponents fans & even other hog fans.

Really sad at times.

Not sure who instigates it, but I assume its the Arky fan based on my experience walking back to the car from the Great Sherman Collapse of 2011.

Who wins the fights?

I hate Arky only second to tu. My wife and I (no rule #1) were walking into Jerry World for a game against Arky and this chump had a "F/ck A&M" flag that he was waving around while all the Ags were walking into the stadium. I shot him the bird about 5 ft away from his face and stared him down. He started cursing up a storm and threatened to "kick my a**" while he was walking away/backing up. Real brave of him. F/ck Arky and their whole fan base.

Depends. Pig usually brings the raw emotion of a heartbreaking loss coupled with years of disappointment. Some guys can channel that into a few good shots, but most can't.

Did see the skinniest damn frat star from Arky try to pick a fight with a good ol boy a couple years back. Luckily one of the sorority girls stepped in to plead for mercy and saved his ass.
