This gives Jimbo an extra spot for 2019 to fill with a stud and help be the #1 class next year.

It's interesting that he would go to a school with more guys at his position on the roster and a poor signing class. He either must believe he can start there sooner or have a better relationship with the coaching staff there.

Yeah, this one does not bother me much at all. We got a great class. We had a very good DL class and some solid returning guys. Maybe just felt like he could play early there.

Way too much momentum for one player to impact. He had the chance to be an Aggie! Instead he chose to learn how to make pig noises while playing in the cellar ... His loss, not ours.

I hope he gets chipped on every pass play.

I'm thinking he made a wrong choice but it was his choice. Not going to bash a kid just because he didn't select the Ags. It's not like he committed to us and then pulled a fast one.

Extra eligibility in Arkie?

Most recruits seriously consider picking a school where they can play the most that their talent will allow. He saw our current talent, the 2018 signing class, and he likely has a clear picture of the kind of players JF will be bringing to the team in the future. He made the decision that it will be a lot easier to see the field more often playing somewhere other that A&M. Give him credit for knowing his limits.

We already had a total scholarships number issue. So who knows how it actually went down. Waiting can have consequences.

You have the option not to care about where a kid chooses to go to school. You'll be happier if you don't. It's the coach's job to recruit them, it's the kid's job to decide. It's your "job" to support the players who do come to A&M.

You have no idea what criteria he had, and no idea what his relationship with each coaching staff is. It's about being comfortable with the decision, not about a springboard to the NFL, because that may or may not happen (probably won't).
