Clearly a dismissal of a DV charge against a former A&M football player can ONLY point to a conspiracy within the university to cover it up. What about the mountains of evidence and the pre-formed opinions of millions of Gawker and TMZ readers?!?!?!

I actually have 6 links, and was getting super pissed the more info I looked up...So, look it up yourself, I am not going to fight about something I know to be true, to a person who would just as soon see me in prison or dead.

These types of dismissals typically require a signed confession that can be used against him if he screws up the probation.

The good news is that to complete it, he likely had to remain drug free.
