from one challenger to another I like the idea of kubiak being involved I dont think his health/personal life will allow him to be 100% for 5 years

I think he could get NFL talent to come here ( like Sherman was able to ) if you have nfl talent even guys like farmer fran can win 9-10 games

I think Kubiak would be a fantastic OC. But the HC has to recruit way too much for me to feel comfortable with him doing that.

with his NFL connections all GK would have to do is decide which 4/5 * guys on offense he wanted and make them an offer

OP must be a Cowboys fan and didnt watch the Texans when GK was their coach. Talk about predictable and boring offense. Knowledgeable coach and seeminly good guy but no thanks.

I think the best coach for us is actually someone with no ties here

yes he might prefer to be retired he might be holding out for an OC gig at a team that is not a disaster. I certainly think he has a better chance at success than Morris. Hope it is Jimbo if not make Kubiak say no.
