i just had an epiphany. 5 star QBs are like hotties.
you all are familiar with the hot crazy matrix with respec tto hotties.
in brief, the hotter the chick, the crazier she is.
a smoking hot 10 level chick is also a 10 in BSC-ness. the question is do you want to data/marry a 10 level BSC chick. i think for most, the answer is no, regardless of her hotness level. the solution is to scale down the hotness which scalles down the BSCness also, and establish a long term relationship with a chick that exhibits BSC that you can tolerate.
same principle holds true with QBs. The 5 star QBs are all 5 star-BSC also. they have the skills, but are entitled and expect to have things handed to them. so the solution here is to scale down on the stars but not too much as to compromise a lot on ability.
go for the 4 star QBs. they are more likely to be hungry to excel and work hard. the 5 star QBs are more likely to be drama queens who have mama and papa telling them how awesome they are. someone can do some research and see how many 5 star QBs have actually panned out. it will be just a few. it is mainly the 4 stars, and a few 3 stars who have the right combination of ability and attitude.
