What is the news on what could possibly be put in the area of the construction workers make-shift parking lot, in front of the practice fields?

Edit: Misread the OP. The above is what's going to backfill the construction trailer HQ. The field that's temporary parking will likely revert back to green space. Not going to have any kind of good access so it will likely sit undeveloped. Could be a possible locale for athletic dorm.

I heard long term plan for txdot is to put in an overpass at that intersection that would use most of it up. My guess is nothing but a parking lot would go there rather than have to tear something down 5 or 10 years from now.
