The results of this drill dont necessarily tell me that nick harvey is a scrub though

Pretty sure on offense you can not grab someone and take them down. Have to admit though Kirk does look good

He looks physically prepared to play college ball. Should be a high impact freshmen much like speedy was. I would love to see him play in the slot.

I agree but to an even higher level than Speedy only because he played receiver all through HS.

Well, I think it's a good sign. Nick Harvey hasn't gotten worse since the bowl game. OTOH, it looks like our WR blocking will be improved, at least when Kirk's on the field. That seems to be a pretty big part of Coach Sumlin's offense, and poor blocking by the receivers definitely hurt us last season.

So yeah, I think it's a good sign. We just need to see a lot of good signs on defense, too.

Harvey NEEDS to get a ton more physical. He's been thrown around in both videos he's been in.

Coach Moorehead will be the reason why the WR blocking is good this year. He preached it at VTech.
