I truly feel that this is just a fine young man making a lifetime decision. Consider the pressure many of us felt at the time, even when most of us were not receiving full scholarships, and even though many of us grew up Aggies.

Now, if the coaching staff proceeds to land everybody we still want and flip Malik and McNeal back to A&M, I might believe the 'troll' theory.

Either way, my continued and unwavering respect to Kevin and Kyler Murray.

Probably just needed a bargaining chip for something he/ his family wanted. I think it comes down to the redshirt. With only one qb, there is a chance he doesn't redshirt. And if he doesn't redshirt, he wouldn't want to be the backup. I think he probably either got the guarantee of a redshirt or a guarantee of a legit shot at starter.
