Houston: Will Muschamp has interviewed for the head coaching opening per Joseph Duarte who covers UH for the Houston Chronicle.
That is the best case scenario for us (besides him coming here of course)!!!
I'd rather see him HC there than DC at Barn or USCe
If we can't have him, then just say, "Go Cogarus!!" Will!!

It would actually be a smart move for Muschamp to go to Houston and get another chance to establish a reputation for having a competent offense.
A couple more Auburn losses to Saban (which has a good chance of happening) and the entire Auburn coaching staff will be on the street.
South Carolina shares a relatively small state with Clemson and a few more losses to Clemson means a house cleaning.

So he didn't take any DC jobs right away because he would have HC interviews? What a shocking development, probably just a weird circumstance that no other elite DC would do at all.

I think it will be Tom Herman. It is also being reported that Muschamp will either be UH head coach or Auburn DC.
