Is following Charlie Strong on twitter now. It appears Texas had a secret recruit visit them last week. Word is it was Daylon. This worries me a little.....

It's non issue. Mack will be an Aggie, along with Malik.

Mack said he's disappointed that he won't get to play with Malik in UA game, because that means they won't ever get to play together.
Thus one of them isn't coming here.......
Need them both.

You'd have to be dumb on another level to want to play at t.u. under current situation. Scatman will be gone in 2 more years(or less) with a record number of blowout losses.

Watching your predictions blow up in your face will be my only consolation

Would you like to put money on it?

That's a stretch

Don't get me wrong, I would love to get him, but how many 5*s have panned out for us or lived up to expectations. I'll be happy to land him, but I want guys that want to be here, give it their all, and have half the drive Johnny did. We need guys that hate to lose (like Johnny). I think we have we too many high rated players that don't hate losing.

How is that a stretch? Seems pretty straight forward / clear to me... Enlighten us please..
quote:Facepalm. Or he could be trolling you. Daylon will be one of the best leaders this team has ever seen. The guy gets it. People line up behind him. He will be on the Aggie Mount Rushmore before he is done.
Don't even care. When Malik comes here, Daylon will fall in line right behind him. Kid's nothing but a follower. I just hope they can coach that out of him when he gets on campus.
If Daylon Mack was a leader or was secure in his own decision, he'd be recruiting his buddies for us right now. Instead, he needs affirmation. As long as it gets him here, that's fine though.
quote:No, it is the fact it appears he visited Texas last week and is following Coach Strong AND Chris Rumph who just happens to be the defensive line coach for Texas. Why follow him to????
A high schooler following a famous coach on Twitter worries you? Eesh
quote:
Not worried. Daylon is an Aggie
quote:I can think of two this year. Name a play that Speedy or MG gave up on this year. I can think of several games when they were the only bright spots on the field.
