FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION
Although this season may be a wash I still think ultimately Sumlin gets it done. Whether it's in season or off season, I think Snyder is gone. Spavital will have to prove himself over the remaining games or he will get canned too. The reason being is if Sumlin has designs on higher aspirations (NFL) and flames out here he is done. Also, what other major program would want him and pay anywhere close to his current salary? Sumlin knows he is in a good spot being coach at Aggie Land. I don't think he is going to let some loyalty to inadequate Coordinators ruin his career. It's going to start with a respectable finish to the season and finding a way to hold the recruiting class together.
