So were were having this conversation at the water cooler this morning and no one had an answer. Aggies is a shared nickname of a good numbers land grant schools and A&M is obviously the most well known. But who was the first school to use Aggies as their team name?

According to this Wikipedia article, it was first used by Michigan State. It looks like we're the oldest to still be using it.
