Because teams don't play football the way Bert and his crew want it to be played, so they want the rules changed instead of evolving with the gane. In other words, he's a f***ing coward.

Get a better strength and conditioning coach if you think it's a problem.

What trash. I didn't want to run up the score before but I do now. This whole idea of a 10 sec hold is ridiculous. Trying to create bull**** rules to keep the game from evolving is dumb. There are already too many stupid rules in the sport. It's to the point where even the announcers can't keep up.

There should be rules limiting the weight of OL, you know, for safety. It's not safe to have a bunch of guys that big on the field - not safe for themselves, not safe for the guys they fall on.

That goes for Bielema too. Weight limit for coaches. ****ing fatasses like him should be outlawed.

This advice is given with player safety in mind, surely.

so I guess this means he will pass more in order to allow his running backs to get some rest- I mean after all, he only cares about the safety of his players right?

He had no problem running 80 plays against tceh. Fwiw.

Because in a shoot-out he'll have to go to the air and that makes his 3 clock grinders null and void.

That's why we win by 2 scores.

Maybe he needs to consider the health of the defenders against those huge linemen he has. Should there be a weight limit to play football Brett?

Beliema routinely gives 1 player on the team 15-35 chances per game to ram heads with entire defenses. If he really cared, he would not allow any one player more than a few touches per game. He does not care about the safety of his running backs. Seriously, nobody cares about running backs if we are going to approach football with the # of plays argument.

No A&M player (other than QB) touches the ball that many times. Nobody on A&M's team is put at risk like Montee Ball was when Beliema was at WI, or like any of his star RB's in big games.

It forces him to change his game plan. If we score quickly and often, he is forced to air it out, which kills his theoretical advantage. I believe that if we go up by 2 scores or more early, we will win this football game. Their defense is not stellar and their running attack, while effective, will not be quick enough to keep up with our scoring. God help them if we end up shutting down the run too...
