In the last few minutes o the game. They blasted SMU in all facets of the game (which Tech sometimes had a tough time doing vs. a weak team in years past).

I know nothing of SMU, so I don't really know how to guage how Tech actually performed. It seems that they do at least still have that high powered offense. I hope to he!! we beat them this year.

Gauge it this way, SMU is much better than Arkansas St.

Considering SMU finished 3-9 last year and ASU was 6-7 I'd say you'd better back that statement up.

SMU is a high school calibre team on the death penalty. They are horrible. They only won 3 games last year and are pick to finish second to last on the WAC. ARK ST is better than them. But we should have put up 40 on ARK st.

Your coach may have been trying to get a feel for his players in different situations, therefore not caring too much about the score differential.

Turn overs didn't help us score 40 either. And the D line sounds like it could use some improvment against the run, but hey, a win is a win. Gig'em.
