The defense will try anything to help a client. Going after the victim and alleging prosecutorial misconduct are common tactics. And why shouldn't Franklin contact the victim if she worked with the football team. I would expect him to and with the full knowledge of the in house council.

The defense will not "try anything." The defense should try anything legit. Screaming "misconduct" without any justification only makes the judge hate your client more.

With these allegations, the school should have investigated. Franklin should have stayed the heck away from her until the investigation was complete.

This whole thing sounds questionable.

Pedo St is apparently all about class and character, or at least that's what they want the world to believe. If they hired James Franklin, there's a decent chance his name begins to surface as that rape case goes forward. Either him or members of his staff.

I keep hearing about his name surfacing at all of these job openings...I wouldn't even consider him with what could possibly be looming in the near future. Whether he truly did anything wrong or not, I wouldn't take the chance and find out after the fact.
