2013 FOOTBALL TICKET SHIPMENTS - Season ticket shipments by first class mail, priority mail and overnight delivery begin shipping this week. In some instances parking and tickets are shipped in separate packages due to different production runs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of all tickets and parking.
If you have not received your season tickets by Tuesday, August 20, 2013, please contact us by email at tickets@12thmanfoundation.com or by phone at 888-992-4443 to make alternate arrangements for delivery.
FLASH SEATS DELIVERY - If you selected Flash Seats as your method of delivery, your season tickets have already been delivered and can be managed at aggies.flashseats.com. You will receive commemorative season ticket stock at the conclusion of the season. We are not yet able to deploy Flash Seats for scanning season parking. Priority Season Parking purchased by Flash Seats users will be shipped by first class mail beginning this week.
FLASH SEATS MOBILE APP TO DEBUT THIS FALL
The Flash Seats Mobile App testing cycle is almost complete. If you're interested in being a tester, please contact tickets@12thmanfoundation.com. With the mobile app you can use your IPhone or Android phone for ID scanning at the gate. It also provides fast and easy management of your tickets.
FIRST CLASS MAIL - All first class mail orders that were fully paid and processed by the June 1stdeadline are being shipped this week. Any orders that were unpaid or had additional processing after July 1 will ship in the next 10 days.
PRIORITY MAIL & OVERNIGHT DELIVERY - Email notices for priority mail and overnight delivery will be sent to accounts requesting these delivery options. In some instances, an account may receive two notices because tickets and parking are being shipped in separate packages.
SEASON PARKING - As a reminder, parking lot assignments are reallocated each year based on June 1st priority point totals and parking preferences submitted during the renewal process. We experienced record demand for parking in 2013. Some accounts that previously qualified for parking did not qualify for parking for 2013. YOUR LONGTIME PARKING ASSIGNMENT MAY HAVE CHANGED due to several factors. A portion of Lot C has been permanently closed for construction, which impacts assignments across all lots. We are not able to make adjustments to parking assignments for the upcoming season. However, you may update your parking preferences for next season during the 2014 renewal process.
DISABILITY PARKING - All season disability parking has been distributed. Donor requests for disability parking were due by June 1st and required the submission of a copy of an ADA placard or license plate to confirm eligibility. These requests were filled in priority point order in the disability parking in Lot A and Lot D. To qualify for disability parking accounts had to first qualify for priority parking.

ROAD GAME TICKETS - If you ordered road game tickets from us, they will ship separately from season tickets as allocations are completed. Tickets ordered by the priority deadline (June 1) will be shipped no later than September 12th. Orders received after the priority deadline will be filled and shipped separately.

INDIVIDUAL HOME GAME TICKETS - Individual home game tickets purchased with Flash Seats as the method of delivery have been delivered and can be accessed from your Flash Seats account at aggies.flashseats.com. Individual home game tickets slated for first class mail delivery will begin shipping August 8th.
REMEMBER TO SAFEGUARD YOUR SEASON TICKETS AND PARKING. IF TICKETS ARE LOST AFTER RECEIPT, PAPER REPRINTS ARE $50 PER TICKET. CONVERSION OF LOST TICKETS TO FLASH SEATS IS FREE. LOST PARKING PERMITS CANNOT BE REPLACED.
