Heisman Trust Mission Statement:

Notice nothing in there about leadership, best cheerleader, career award, being on the "best" team, or not being a freshman.

Also, nothing about being:

- 51st in tackles as a defensive player
- Not top 100 in sacks as a defensive player
- Not top 100 in TFL as a defensive player
- Not top 100 in FF as a defensive player

Then again, they do have the word integrity in there, and $cam Newton won, so you never really know...

Pretty sure the fine print says ND players are graded on a curve. A pulse and gold helmet gets you a trip to New York.
