For a football game, you have to pay to park there even if you have a pass. Unless you leave your car there the night before and find another ride to the game
Never had a problem getting a spot there. Although they direct you up, we always went down to the lower level. Lots of spots there near the exit, and it is easier to get out after the game.
Don't know about now, but we had season ticket parking passes for that garage and did not have to pay. Just showed the pass.

Welborn is under construction, plus Gameday. Plan on getting there early, just because of the traffic. Best move is to come in from the west and avoid Welborn at all cost.
Its an oversell so you need to get there early. In addition to the season ticket parking pass, they also allow public parking for $20. So it turns into first come first serve. Don't expect a spot simply because you have a pass.
If it's a student pass, there is some misleading information. You need a WCR pass to be able to park free anytime during gameday. A WCG pass will not waive the $20 fee.
I can't even imagine how long it's going to take to get out of that garage after the game. With the garage traffic, wellborn mess, and pedestians blocking the way, it will be a nightmare
