He's smart enough, knows how to make plays. That's a big part of it. I think he's capable, but things will have to fall perfectly in place. Also, less interceptions wouldn't hurt.

Yes I am. And no, not because he's an Aggie. I, personally, would draft Trannehill over RG3. But that's me. I'm sure most would disagree but we'll see where they both stand three to five years from now.

I just believe Tannehill is going to turnout to be an excellent franchise QB in the NFL.

I think both guys have big upside, but I can't say that I think Tanny's smarter than RGIII. I think they're both very intelligent possessed of good character and could develop into compelling talents in the NFL

Anyone who devotes that much time to a sport and still finds the time to excel academically in college is pretty darn smart whether you don't like him cuz he went to Baylor or not.

Let it be. I believe RG3 was a very good college QB but I just don't feel he's going to be as successful as a lot of people here believe. Never said he's a bad guy or not talented. I'm just not a RG3 NFL Pro believer, yet.

I dont think he's going to pan out either because I don't think he'll hold up physically to the beating he'll take from NFL defenses. He still might turn out to be okay, but, if he doesn't, it won't be because he was too dumb to be an NFL QB.

I don't know if he'll be a good NFL QB (probably not in Washington with their merry band of idiots) but it would be short-sighted putting it kindly to say he's not smart.

It is universally accepted by people who are paid to know such things that the kid is intelligent.

You'd have to have some uncanny X-Men telepathic ability that gives you carte blanche on the guy's random thoughts to inherently know that he's not smart.

That's what got me. He said he didn't think he was smart. Have no idea what that is based on. And yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion no matter how ridiculous it is..... I guess. It doesn't mean won't make fun of you for it.

Might as well factor out his speed, it's just an added benefit. You may believe he'll be just another running QB, but he's not. He's more comfortable as a pocket passer and the kid can throw, no denying that. Baylor or not, the he deserves the attention he's getting, it's been earned.
