What do you think of this logo? I think we should use the shape of the state of Texas more in our marketing.




The baseball team used this logo a while back and I thought it looked really sharp. This same logo could be used on the hip area of the football uniform. Obviously we keep the block aTm on the helmets.

We should make it a tramp stamp like tt!

I like something like this for an alternate, but actually done well, and not in my hurried scribbles. Real opportunity to market ourselves as THE Texas team in college athletics. Should definitely jump on it.

What do you think about the smaller A and M in the logo below?



I think the A and M are too big in the logo below. I don't know why our marketing department decided to make the A and M so big.

I prefer the current aTm with the bigger letters. It looks more symmetrical. The previous logo we used just always looked off to me. As far as putting it in a state of texas outline, I'm all for that

It was and is a great logo. So much better than the state outline with the T-star.

For whatever reason, the powers-that-be have been pushing the weakest and ugliest logos the past few years and putting them on everything. I literally cringe every time I see the weak beveled T in the middle of the traditional block aTm. The solid block aTm (w/ no bevel) is a strong timeless logo, and the state outline around it is a great occasional additive.

Keep the Larger A and M but imposed on the State of Texas is a great idea!

Bought cuff links shaped like TX for employees last christmas, some of them tu grads. Put it this way, do you ever see cuffs in the shape of idaho, or colorado? NO. Texas is iconic. Hell yes use it more often!

Like using state in our logo. Can we somehow make it Baylor Bold?

If you drop the A and M from this logo so it is the Old Army "T" from the Bear Bryant days this might sell some t-shirts to people who aren't college football fans. tu sells a lot of shirts with the Longhorn logo because some people (not college football fans) think it is a symbol of the state of Texas and buy it as a souvenir. It seems tu has stopped using UT and University of Texas, so now it is just "Texas", synonymous with the state. This is smart marketing. tu benefits from confusion from people (not college football fans) just buying Texas souvenirs.

Maybe the maroon and white state of Texas with the "T" inside could be our version of the shirt that is synonymous with the state of Texas.

That's great. People around the world know about Texas A&M and A&M gear is sold worldwide.

The T-Star is a decent logo. This might look good inside the state of Texas.



This is another old school logo that I think we should use more.

The baseball team wears a T-star on the state outline on their sleeve. It looks like sheit just like every T-star logo.

I can handle just about all the logos, but what we need to do IF we join the SEC is when we take the field, we need to have one or two players lead us onto the playing surface holding a Texas St flag. Remember, we will be the only team from Texas in the SEC, so we should do that.
