if "as close to 0 as possible" to stay in the big 12 and, 60/40 or 70/30 to go to the SEC, what other conference is REALLY out there to consider??

This is like the same statistical certainty applied to college recruits making a decision. All bases are covered when we look back afterwards and asses what media source's information was accurate.

Billy has been a mouthpiece for A&M through this whole ordeal, TO HIS CREDIT. That's the price he's going to pay for his access. It's because his info was so solid that I'll probably subscribe before the season.

I'll concede that your point is spot on, my point is that if you are going to use #s like 60/40, 70/30 and an almost "0" for the B12, it naturally confuses more than it explains...

I just got my subscription to Looch yesterday...well worth it.

We all heard Loftin say he hasn't looked at any other conference after admitting to talk to Slive on July 31. Of course they must explore the Pac and Big, but I think that is just something you do on a decision this big. I respect that. We wouldn't be going through all this mess if it was Pac or Big in my opinion...maybe we would have next year but not right now, not with the SEC being the perfect fit and it being right after last year's interest as well. I'm confident, but we'll see.

I didn't realize that we came that close to jumping to the SEC last year. If this is true why did we sign a new contract with the Big XII last year?
