Does Don Adam have $100 million free to donate? My understanding is that American Momentum itself only has $664MM in assets... I know Adam's empire comprises more than AM, but I'd guess AM would be the name he'd want to throw on Kyle.

Don Adam sold First American Bank to Citi in 2005. I don't know how big the deal was but they had $3.5B in assets at the time. I hope he cashed out his Citi stock when he had the chance.
