i remember I once e-mailed Bill Byrne to complain about the lottery that was done a few days before the Big Monday game vs tu in 2007 (following a cancelled ticket pull). Instead, I got to hear back from Mike McKenzie and we exchanged several e-mails in concerns to the lottery and SRO tickets for that tu game and if Bill Byrne goes on texags.com. It was once interesting series of e-mails all exchanged during the evening.
