The sips to shove their ego, NU and MU to sit tight, throw out invites to Utah, BYU, and a couple of ACC or Big East teams and then renegotiate the TV contracts? It seems like every conference is being proactive where the Big XII is being reactive.

so, at that point in time, when we were the ones owning the scoreboard, we were the state's biggest draw.
