For those who were around, the name Lynn Amadee stirs up fond memories.

Believe it or not, Lynn Amedee is now coaching HS ball somewhere, last I heard (about a week ago). I hope somebody knows where.

You're right about needing him back. He was an awesome OC everywhere he's held that job. Also, a great recruiter back in the 80's.

Since leaving A&M, Amedee spent time at Texas (under David McWilliams), LSU, and Mississippi State where he was dismissed by Jackie Sherrill.

You forgot Florida. He left A&M for Florida, and then was replaced when Spurrier was hired.
