Uh no .. if you are a student, why dont you have one?

I think that they can actually look up you in the system and see if you have a sports pass in the system, but it really just depends on the patience and competence of the person at the window .. oh and people will really start getting pissed at you who are in line behind you for being an f-in moron without his sportspass.

Maybe I did not explain myself properly. I am currently a student but have season tickets. I would like to sit in the student section with my daughter for one game. Can I purchase a student and guest ticket on the same day as other Juniors even though I do not have a sports pass?

No, in order to pull a student ticket, you must have a valid sports pass.

Ah yeah, if you want a guest ticket, then you need a sportspass, THEN after you have the student ticket, you say you need a guest sticker, which transfers the student ticket into a guest ticket (but you have to pay the other 1/2 of the ticket cost to get the guest sticker)

So to be clear

1 sports pass = 1 student ticket, no additional charge, you already paid

1 additional student ticket to be converted into a guest ticket = 1 additional sports pass

1 guest sticker = 100% additional student ticket face price charge, if student ticket has a face value of 25$, then guest sticker is 25$ to reach total "normal" face value of $50 for guest ticket

The price of buying a football only sports pass and a guest seat w/sports pass is gonna be around $225 just FYI.

Your sports pass status cab be checked on aggieathletics

Bucky, you can't do it on Tuesday with the Juniors, but you can on Friday. It's in the brochure.

quote:
Students without sports options (walk up) may purchase their ticket on Friday, if available, by presenting their student ID at the ticket window.

If your daughter wants to pull on Junior day, you'll have to go the guest route or borrow someone's sports pass. If she'll wait til Friday, you can just buy a walk up and pull her ticket when you get yours.

If you have a student id, your daughter can pull two tickets using someone else's sports pass who isn't going to the game. Then you can walk in with the student ticket using your own id.

lol randy is retarded.

if the OP is a current student as he claims, and his daughter already has an additional sports pass like randy suggested, then why would the OP need to tranfer the extra sports pass into a guest ticket? the OP would have a student ID, allowing him to get in with a student ID.

so, OP, get your daughter (or yourself for that matter) to find someone not going to the game, borrow their sports pass, have your daughter pull a ticket with that sports pass, and bam, you're in.

First off BRP .. you seem to be the trash thank you very much. You seem to like to trail me around on TexAgs and harass me. That wont stop me from trying to help people, so you just keep being a jerk and I will keep being honest and nice to folks and trying to at least give them a shot before being an internet ****** and jumping all over them.

Secondly .. I think I made it very clear what the rules are. The guy doesnt ever mention that she has a sports pass, nor does he mention that he intended to get a 2nd sports pass. So I was making it very clear, that in order to sit in the student section with his daughter, he needs a 2nd sports pass. You have to have two sports passes for two tickets pulled at the same time, to sit in the same section next to each other. You can of course "stub in" but yeah, why not just do it the right way.

Also his post is unclear if his "season ticket" is a sports pass, or if its actually a season ticket for somewhere else in the stadium. The post has been unclear from the start, so I just decided to state the rules in order to try to tell the guy what he needs to do.

Id like you to quote where I said that his daughter already had a sportspass, of course Im the retard. The way that I read the post, this is a student, he has "season tickets" somewhere in the stadium, which is not the student section. Then he has a daughter, who is NOT a student and doesnt have a sports pass. So there are two people without a sports pass, though he as a student COULD get a sports pass for himself, he would still need to find a 2nd one in order to get 2 tickets in the student section.

I guess things have changed since I was at A&M from 2000-2004. It used to be that you were eligible for one guest ticket in addition to the student ticket with each sports pass. The only exceptions were for high attendance games (Notre Dame, Oklahoma, etc.), in which you needed a sports pass to pull a guest ticket.

Does anyone know how much it costs to just buy a guest ticket on top of my student ticket(i.e not transfering a normal student ticket into a guest ticket)?
