Nebraska has exposed Tech's weak defense and flaws. Tech's defense is nonexistent and if it weren't for Nebraska's weaker defense, Nebraska would have won easily.

Nebr best defense today was their ball-hogging offense. Reminded me of the only thing I appreciated about franball--it kept the opposition's offense off the field.

I did guarantee a victory against KSU.
I would have been correct if it were not for terrible calls by the refs and the unforseen injuries which the common fan knows nothing about since our wounded played through the pain.

However, I am telling you right now that Tech is overrated and they haven't played a team that is legitimately good.

Their kicker is terrible.
Their defense is terrible.
Their offense is above average but their team speed is not fast.

Tech has trouble with running/mobile QBs and heavy rush packages.

Successful teams have forced Harrell to throw on the run and off balanced.

The lack of confidence in their kicker will force the offense and coaches to try to work too hard to get TDs because they don't believe in their kicker. Trust me!

We will win at home and this will be Sherm's break out game.

our kicker sucks, our defense sucks. We are playing a team this week that manhandled k state. We just got manhandled by k state at home.

Dude, in case you haven't noticed, we have the worst defence in the Big 12. And thus, our defence is worse than Nabraskas.

I am just hoping that we keep them under 77 points.

Don't get me wrong. I will be in the stands yelling my arse off because unlike some of you, I support the team whether we win or lose. And thats the way it should be.

Vato LoCo, you are loco but verging on pendejo. Texas Tech is a good solid football team with a coach who has turned their program around. We are a football team who has very little confidence and bad leadership at the coaching level. This team can not deal with adversity. The coaches lack the insight to make adjustments with the game flow. Leach will out-coach Sherm and our boys in uniform will be left searching for answers as the coaching staff bumbles around looking for solutions. Those Aggies in uniform are leaving in out on the field and are playing with heart. However, the coaching staff is not providing the right amount of "rudder" to get us to our goals.

Please please please dont tell this to anyone in public or to your immediate family. If you do, they are liable to have you committed to a mental hospital. It isnt even going to be remotely close. Nebraska was able to keep it close by limiting Tech's possesions. They did this by keeping the ball on offense. What makes you think we are even remotely capable of this. Only problem we are Tech is going to have is all the possible cramps and hamstring pulls they may get from running up and down the field.

We will beat Tech...but just not in football.

Could be the worst post ever. Although I wish you were correct, I do not see it happening. The only reason Nebraska was in that game is because time of possesion. When Tech got the ball back they would score in like 5 plays or something. At one point Nebraska at a fifty something to 17 snap advantage and were still losing the game.

Couldn't resist. But it might very well be interesting. If there's one thing I've learned over the years watching college football it's that there is really no good measure of "goodness" (i.e., how "good" teams are). Polls may get close, but that's it. It's about matchups.

Nebraska could move the ball (while controlling the clock). Even if you all control the clock you still have to score. Whether it was against UT last year or this year against Nebraska, Tech still put up on avg about 40 points in about 20 minutes of possession.

I would think there would be a lot of interest in this game on both sides. After last year, and thus far this year, I can predict one thing with complete confidence--college football is now very unpredictable.

TT has a FAR better D than K State & Army. It will take A&M scoring a season high and TT scoring a season low to win. Not likely.

Tech was obviously looking ahead to our game and came out flat against Nebraska.

ttech is a zillion light years ahead of our beloved aggies, no matter what kind of weakness they may have. They are a much better footteam

I'm pretty sure that half of Tech's receiving corps received state honors in track events in high school. There's no 4.3/40 on offense or defense, but the team speed is still high.

Aside from Eric Morris and Adam James, Michael Crabtree may be the slowest receiver in the two-deep.
