Anyone know what happened to Agtimes?

I like to check their football board for a weekly post on Louie Belina's show. For some reason I can't get that show online anymore.

I was wondering the same thing, but knew a post here would receive little to no help...

Perhaps AgTimes shut down due to lack of interest. I once subscribed as a Maroon Room member. Big mistake... the subscribtion site is composed of a half dozen "author" types who compete for space... kind of a pissing contest deal, if you know what I mean.

I thought that site depended greatly on the "insider" status of the guy who started it.

Which I thought diminshed some when he got crossways with Fran.

I started out as an Agtimes subscriber. Ed's arrogance showed me the road long ago. Since then, I've come to realize the biggest difference between Ed and Looch is simple. Ed is always at the Aggie games seated in primo seats surrounded by his high rolling buddies. Looch is standing on the sidelines with the players, coaches, and media with his credentials around his neck.

I don't believe Ed Watson's even an Aggie.

Try Denny's. I think they all eat dinner there by 4:00.

I heard that they got shut down by Dr. Gates. He said Texags is the only real source for all things Aggie.

And he also put Aggieathletics.com on notice!

Beware, Texags has you targeted....oh yeah, and we know stuff.

The maroon room was never worth the price imo.

It was okay when slocum was around but as soon as fran came in, it seemed disconnected from the insides of the program. I do think the owners got crosswise with fran. Maybe he wouldn't subscribe the newsletter.
