I was watching the American Battlefield Trust series on Chancellorsville today an they covered Jackson being shot. I have been to Chancellorsville numerous times and always make the pilgrimage to that location. I have also been to the Fairfield Plantation in Guinea Station, Virginia where he died and to Oak Grove Cemetery in Lexington.

Probably not there. Supposedly Yankees dug it up in 1864. Smedley Butler and the marines tried to dig it up in the '20s and found nothing. Still a cool place to visit and see the house.

I used to live close to Chancellorsville from 2006 to the end of 2011. Fascinating area and history. My biggest regret was not combing over my 5 acres for "stuff" with a metal detector. I know I would have found some interesting items.
