For something truly different, try pushup poker. It works like this:
1) Shuffle a deck of cards really well.
2) Whatever number comes up, do that number of reps. Face cards are 10. Aces are 1 or 16.
3) Spades are regular pushups.
4) Diamonds are Atlas pushups (done with hands on 2 chairs or other objects of equal height.)
5) Clubs are fingertips reversed (fingertips pointed towards your feet)
6) Hearts are Clapper Pushups.
Substitute exercises as you wish. This is a tough way to exercise.
