Integrity is fine but like all urgent cares they test WAYY too much. There is financial motivation to do so, which makes their testing logical but many of the tests could be avoided. Not every snotty kid needs a $1000 biofire test so you can tell them they have rhinovirus for their cold. They also do a ton of COVID testing and x-rays that usually do not change treatment one iota.
Urgent cares also frequently get a strep test that is negative then treat the kid anyway. Makes little sense.
Note this about general urgent cares over decades not just integrity!
