Too Hot to Handle 5k. Good weather for July, ran well and met the goal of sub 21. Tied my PR, won the AG, and got a cheesy little first place medallion.

10 mile run in the morning
Full body lift routine in the afternoon. Went slightly lower weights to reduce potential fatigue for my long run tomorrow
