3K race. Ran well, happy with my ~6:50 pace, and won the seniors.

5K race and ran 22:11. Lost to the AG winner (50-59) by 4 seconds. I passed him in the final 100 to cross the line ahead, but lost on chip time.

The wind was horrible.

Parent workout:
4 rounds. Both run at the same time, then divide up the rest of the reps. Only 1 works at a time.
Run 1000m
100 burpees
100 air squats
2000m row

We ended up doing sets of 10 each until done on every round and rowing 250m alternating. Took a little over 90 mins.

Hot as heck too, at least in Houston. Nice time. I've been under 22 one time. FYI, 19:30 is the national standard for 50-54, and 20:30 for 55-59, so you're hitting some nice times. 21 flat would be a regional-level 50-54 time if you think it's doable.
