How long do you want to ignore this user?
Due to the early AM workouts, the thought crossed my mind to get a folding foam mattress, ear plugs, and a fan to nap in my office during lunch. Anyone else do this and have suggestions?

Yes.
Lots of variables involved, like how private your office or workspace is.
What is your furniture situation?
What is your storage situation (can you store extra clothes there, a pillow, etc).

For me, I'll keep the naps to 20 minutes or less.
I had a yoga mat, and used 2 folded-up hoodies for pillows.

Now, my friend George slept under his desk. He modified his desk with a bed and space for an alarm clock
It worked well until his boss hid under his desk during a phoned-in bomb threat.

I have my own small private office with a treatment table. When my kids were newborns i definitely took naps because i was sleep deprived being up at night with them. It was so nice to get a quick nap in.

My office is in the corner, plus where I work, people wouldn't care (they'd make fun, but wouldn't care, including my boss).

I may give it a go, at least a 2-3 days a week. Would be easy to keep the mattress behind the door and small pillow in my cabinet.

I'm 100% remote and mostly set my own schedule, so from time to time, yes.

I'm 100% remote and have a flexible schedule. Anytime I'm working out twice per day, which is pretty often, a 30-minute nap after lunch does wonders for me.

I work from home or am on the road but very rarely do I take naps. Instead of a power nap I will do a 15 minute walk or quick workout to wake up.

20-30 minute reset nap makes me more productive on days I need it. Who can complain about that?
Life's an endless party, not a punch card.

I typically try and get into my car for ~30 minutes and meditate. About 20% of the time it turns into a nap.

Yes. I will close my office door and lay down for 15-20 minutes. I don't usually fall asleep, but I feel a ton better.

I got a pillow in the White Elephant gift exchange last year so I keep that in a drawer. Before that, I just used my backpack.

When i was Captain, it was even better because I had no boss and had my choice of a bed or 2 different couches in my day room and I could shut the door any time and no one could say a damn thing about it. I could literally tell people not to bother me about anything (save emergencies) and they were obligated to leave me alone. Generally the rule was of the Captains door is shut, he is not to be bothered.

Work remote as well and oversee all development and GTM strategy of our sales organization. I do 30 minutes of cardio at 6:15 every morning and lift after work. Since I do 16-8 IF, I tend to get sleepy after my first meal at Noon. I take a 15 minute power nap most weekdays between 1-3pm to reenergize and recover to knock out the rest of the day. Does wonders for my mental capacity.

Thinking about it, I meditate or do some yoga flow instead of napping most days. That or a quick walk since my dog is always staring holes through me to go on a walk
