Looking for something that will spit out a meal plan based on very simple requirements.
Calories < x
Protein > y
Stick to whole foods
Avoid anything with added sugar
That's basically it.
Ideally it would give me a few options for recipe combinations that would fit my parameters and the nutrition info for each recipe.
Anybody know of anything out there that does this? I don't mind paying for it. I just hate meal planning so I end up eating the same things over and over (and eventually get sick of it and make some poor decisions).
