Does anyone have any recs for an Assault/Air bike? I am not looking to spend $800+ but wasn't sure if there were any decent options at a lower price.

Also, is this as quick and efficient of a workout I have seen discussed? I have an incredibly low attention span so being able to get a good workout in 10 minutes would be ideal.

I see lots of lightly used assault bikes on marketplace in the $500 range. That's what I'd do. Or spend a little more for the rogue echo bike.

I have had an assault bike for 3 years now and love it. Still use it several days a week.

I seen them for sale on places like marketplace for $100 and up.

They are a great workout but you can get a lot done in 10-20 minutes. Lots you can do with a sandbag, kettlebells, etc. so do whatever.

And before anyone says anything about needing longer to workout there have been a lot of studies that is you really push it with compound exercises that 7 minutes of those is equal to 45 minutes of steady cardio

They cost a lot because they are designed for heavy use such as at gyms, where multiple people could be using them several times a day for years. A personal one should last a really long time, so buying one for sale by another individual person it probably has a lot of life in it without needing an overhaul.

Any resources for workouts with these items. I need things spelled out

The assault bike has tabata workouts (brutal!) already programmed in. Not sure about the Echo bike.

There are Facebook groups but I don't think there is a ton of stuff. You'll figure it out, though. You're either gonna use it or not. The details don't matter too much.

For anyone considering one, Assault has their mid-level ProX currently on sale for $599, down from $899. I was just checking them out, thinking about replacing my cheap stationary bike that I've had for a few years.

Thanks! I just pulled the trigger one. The price was better than other used options I was seeing on FB Marketplace and OfferUp.
