Carrollton 5k, hot & humid day (no surprise there) on an achy knee. Not a bad result. About 5 miles total with the warm-up and cool down.

5 miles gravel bike with weight vest on. Just to see what that does.

Some deadlifts, quad extensions, dumbbell curls, rows, bench press, single leg stand and sits, etc.

Then get the set of mud tires out of the barn and put them on the Nissan and 2 hours of shredding a pasture with an old Ford with no power steering.
